Participation in the international project ONLY (Open a New Leader in Yourself)

          In the period March-September 2024, Associate Professor of the Department of Architecture and Design SHABARDINA Yuliya Volodymyrivna took part in the international project ONLY (Open a New Leader in Yourself), which was implemented in cooperation with Tech StartUp School, Lviv Polytechnic National University and Kingston University and supported by the British Council Ukraine within the Going Global Partnerships Gender Equality Partnerships program.

          34 representatives of the sphere of higher education of Ukraine participated in the program, who were selected among more than 200 applicants.

          The project was aimed at developing leadership and innovation in Ukrainian universities.

          As part of Yu.V. SHABARDINA’s educational program, joined a series of online meetings with lecturers, including Pavlo SHEREMETA (“Strategy of development of higher education institutions: modern realities”), Lyubomyr MATSEKH-UKRAYINSKYI (“Strategic vision of university development”), Vira PUSTOVIT (“Personal brand of a leader”), Yaryna KLYUCHKOVSKA ( “Strategic communications”), Olena STEPANENKO (“Mediation”), Olena CHORNA (“Emotional management and self-reflection”).

          Participation in mentoring sessions from Ukrainian and British experts (Ivan DEMYDOV – Ph.D., Professor, Vice-Rector for Research at Lviv Polytechnic University, Martha MADOR – Head of the Entrepreneurship Education Department at Kingston University) made it possible to receive consultations and finalize my own project “Lean University: formation of Lean culture in the university environment”, which was presented in the final of the international project.
