An Open Dialogue with the Ambassadors of the “Together We Can” Project Held at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University

          On July 2, Chernihiv Polytechnic National University hosted a mentoring meeting with the ambassadors of the “Together We Can” program, which brought together community leaders from the Chernihiv region to exchange experiences and summarize the interim results of the project.

          Vice-Rector for Academic and Social Development and Head of the NGO “Gender Education Center” Olha Melnyk, project coordinator and Head of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences Nataliia Shakun, and the project ambassadors in the Chernihiv region – Deputy Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Economics and Administration Yuliia Peretiatko, Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement and General Law Disciplines Alla Nitchenko, Director of the Municipal Institution “Horodnia Centralized Library System” of the Horodnia City Council Hanna Shcherbakova, student of group FA-221 Nikita Strelok, and student of group FA-231 Oksana Shuba – created a space for sincere dialogue, mutual support, and planning of the project’s next steps.

          Participants shared their impressions of implementing their mini-projects, discussed challenges and achievements, and reflected on the impact their initiatives are already having on local communities.

         The meeting concluded with an open circle discussion: what has been the most difficult, what support is needed, and who is ready to share experiences at the next blog café.

          The participants were unanimous in their opinion: “A strong community begins with an active individual”.

          We thank every ambassador for their strength, ideas, and daily efforts. You are the driving force of change!

          The project is implemented in cooperation with the NGO “Human Rights Foundation” and is funded by the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (IFA) with the support of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

          In the Chernihiv region, the project is carried out by the NGO “Gender Education Center” in partnership with Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
