Opening of a New Laboratory!

          Today, at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, the ceremonial opening of a new laboratory of the Department of Welding and Construction Technologies at the Institute of Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction took place.

          The laboratory was opened within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 project The BRIDGE (“Bridging the gap between university and industry: Master Curricular Supporting the Development of Green Jobs and Digital Skills in the Ukrainian Building Sector”).

          Rector of the university, Oleh Novomlynets, and Director of the Institute of Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction, Iryna Prybytko, delivered welcoming speeches. They emphasized the importance of creating a modern educational and practical space that will help students combine theoretical knowledge with real industrial processes.

           The laboratory was created to enable students to integrate theory with practice, master advanced welding technologies, construction materials and structures, and develop the professional skills needed in the labor market.

          The laboratory is equipped with modern facilities for training and experimental research. Its opening marks another step towards modernizing the university’s educational environment.
