USAID and the University: Another Step Toward Strengthening Cybersecurity — New Specialized Equipment for a Training Laboratory
As part of the USAID project “Cybersecurity of Ukraine’s Critical Infrastructure”, our university has received another set of state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to support the development of the professional educational program “Cybersecurity”. The provided equipment will significantly expand opportunities for hands-on training, particularly in the field of technical methods for detecting and countering information security threats.
The delivered set includes professional tools for detecting covert surveillance devices, technical monitoring, signal analysis, and inspecting premises for unauthorized information leakage channels. This will enable students to work with instruments used in real-world cybersecurity environments, enhancing the practical skills required for careers in government institutions, security agencies, and the private sector.
We sincerely thank the USAID project “Cybersecurity of Ukraine’s Critical Infrastructure” for its continued support, investment in the development of cyber education, and contribution to strengthening our institution’s capacity. The provided equipment is an investment in training specialists who will ensure Ukraine’s cyber resilience today and in the future.
