A professional development course has been implemented
The advanced training course “The art of mentoring and tutoring: modern practices for teachers” was implemented as part of the Erasmus+ KA2 PROMENT international project
We congratulate scientific and pedagogical workers on passing the advanced training course “The art of mentoring and tutoring: modern practices for teachers” (1 ECTS credit).
The program was implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 PROMENT international project “Promotion of professional education and active participation of students through the establishment of a comprehensive system of mentoring and tutoring in higher education institutions.”
As part of the June 25-27, 2024 course, teachers mastered the functional principles and basic schemes of mentoring and tutoring in institutions of higher education, as well as practical aspects of the development of mentoring and tutoring in institutions of higher education.
Speakers and course developers:
- Lyudmila Mykhaylivna REMNYOVA, candidate of economic sciences, professor, head of the department of personnel management and business technologies of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University;
- Natalia KHOLYAVKO, doctor of economic sciences, professor, professor of the department of finance, banking and insurance of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University;
- Anna Viktorivna VERBYTSKA, candidate of sciences in public administration, associate professor, head of the department of marketing, PR technologies and logistics of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University;
- Hanna Andriivna DYVNYCH, candidate of sciences in public administration, associate professor, associate professor of the Department of Foreign Philology of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
As a result of the advanced training course, scientific and pedagogical workers acquired the following competencies:
- understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of mentoring and tutoring in the conditions of a higher education institution;
- the ability to implement mentoring and tutoring programs to support higher education students in their studies, professional and personal development;
- the ability to create favorable conditions for self-development and self-improvement of higher education seekers through mentoring/tutoring programs, etc.
