Assistance program from students and graduates of the partner university from Germany – Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences
Students and graduates of the German Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, a long-term partner of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, organized a charity program to equip the MakerLab student laboratory of the Institute of Electronic and Information Technologies. With the funds collected under the program, measuring and laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, power supplies, function generator, multimeters, RLC meter), as well as equipment for mock-up and assembly of prototypes (3D printer, soldering station) have already been purchased. The use of this equipment will allow students of the Institute to realize their own ideas in the form of prototypes of electronic devices, to implement experimental samples during course and diploma projects, as well as to acquire useful practical skills.
The next step is to purchase hand tools for assembly and machining – tool sets, drill, dremel, etc., and complete the renovation work in the laboratory space, after which it will be available to all students interested in realizing their creative potential as makers and innovators.
The students of the Institute of Electronic and Information Technologies are grateful to their German colleagues for their help in turning our dreams and ideas into reality!
