Dynamic Offline Session of the Mentorship Program “Circle of Support”

Dynamic Offline Session of the Mentorship Program “Circle of Support”

          “Strength in Motion” is a dynamic offline session of the mentorship program Circle of Support, which gave participants renewed energy, movement, and a sense of inner resilience.

          On 20 November, a lively and engaging mentorship session took place, featuring movement-based and adaptive exercises aimed at supporting the physical condition, emotional balance, and resourcefulness of students with disabilities.

          The mentor of the session was Yurii Rydzel, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Rehabilitation, Student Ombudsperson, and Authorized Representative for the Rights of Higher Education Seekers. His professional guidance turned the meeting into a space of strength, support, and self-care.

          During the session:

  • adaptive movement techniques for resource recovery were performed;
  • strategies for daily physical well-being support were discussed;
  • participants explored new approaches to interacting with their bodies.

          “Strength in Motion” became an opportunity to pause, reconnect with oneself, and restore life energy through mindful movement.

          We thank Yurii Rydzel for his expertise and support.

          The event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project PROMENT “Promoting Vocational Education and Active Student Participation through the Establishment of a Mentorship and Tutorship System in Higher Education Institutions”.
