Head of the Ministry of Health Department as part of the official Ukrainian delegation to Estonia

          Today, January 23, 2023, at the invitation of the Council for Education and Youth (Harno) within the framework of the project “Stairs to Excellence: Strengthening an Effective and Reliable Higher Education System in Ukraine”, a working visit of the Ukrainian delegation to the Republic of Estonia began. Head of the International Relations Department of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University Hanna Dyvnych is as part of the official Ukrainian delegation.

          The purpose of the visit is to familiarize yourself with best practices in strengthening an effective and robust higher education system in Ukraine based on the experience of Estonia.

          State Secretary Serhiy Zakharin and specialists from the Ministry of Education and Science, representatives of higher education institutions of Ukraine met with Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Estonia Renno Veintal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia Mariana Betsa.

           The parties discussed the state of Ukrainian education under martial law, the main challenges and needs in the field of education and science, as well as further expansion of Ukrainian-Estonian cooperation, participation in joint international projects and initiatives.
