Participation in the round table

Participation in a roundtable discussion on professional mentoring within the PROMENT project.

          Within the framework of the international PROMENT project, Liudmyla REMNOVA and Alla NITCHENKO shared the experience of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University in implementing mentoring for management and law students during the round table “Professional Mentoring for Public Sector Efficiency in War and Post-War Reconstruction”, held on 28-29 February 2024 at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. The purpose of the event was to discuss during panel discussions and breakout sessions the current problems of implementing a mentoring system in partner higher education institutions of Ukraine to promote the development of the public sector in the face of modern challenges. This practice of holding partnership events within the framework of the Erasmus+ PROMENT project is quite useful, as it allows sharing existing experience and developing effective mentoring models.
