The ceremony of awarding the winners of ADC*UA Awards 2024 and Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of 2024
On 30 May, the winners of the ADC*UA Awards 2024 and Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of 2024 were announced.
The winner of the Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of Environmental Design section was Liza SHULGA, a student of the Department of Architecture and Environmental Design, group DS 211.
The finalist of The Very Best Of 2024 was Maria PASTUSHENKO (group DS 211), who, together with E. Shulga, was shortlisted for Environmental Design.
The theme of the girls’ work: “Reorganisation of a typical Soviet educational space into a modern cultural centre”. Project leader: BORODCHENKO N.V., lecturer at the Department of ADS.
Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of (creative-stories.com.ua) is a national competition that aims to celebrate the best creative projects of both well-known and new Ukrainian designers, presenting their most interesting and striking works, thereby contributing to the development of the industry. The competition is open to Ukrainian designers of various profiles and other participants of the Ukrainian advertising and communication market, as well as young professionals and students.
The competition rules are designed to make it easy for every participant to submit their project, regardless of experience or professional level. Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of 2024 is a part of the National Rating of Creativity and Excellence of Ukraine 2024. The works of Ukrainian designers are evaluated exclusively by an international jury, which annually consists of representatives from more than 20 countries, including Europe, Asia and America. For students, the competition is a great opportunity to showcase their talent, present their original works and realise their creative ambitions.
