We share news from the implementation of the microcredit educational program for retraining and social adaptation of internally displaced persons within the framework of the project “Universities’ Response to Major Obstacles: Creating Sustainable Higher Education for Responding to and Managing Social Crises (TURBO)”.
On March 27, as part of the course “Business Psychology”, which is implemented within the framework of the microcredit educational program for retraining and social adaptation of internally displaced persons, classes on the topic “Business Career Development” were held, which were conducted by the project coordinator, head of the Department of Social Work, Candidate of Psychology, Associate Professor Kateryna Maksym.
The training session focused on revealing the key aspects of building a successful business career in the modern world. Participants got acquainted with different approaches to career planning, learned about the factors of success of entrepreneurs, as well as typical challenges on the path of professional growth. Special attention was paid to practical tools: personal branding, market positioning and networking as important elements of sustainable career development. The session combined a theoretical framework with real-life case studies and encouraged participants to reflect more deeply on their own career trajectory.
