Working meeting of the BRIDGE project consortium

On January 4, 2024, another meeting of the Bridge project consortium (Erasmus+ KA2 program) was held. Yulia DEGTYAREVA, head of the Center for International Education and International Cooperation of the Dnipro State Academy of Construction and Architecture, moderated the event.

          During the meeting, a number of important issues for the successful implementation of the Bridge project were considered:

  • Organization of financial management within the project;
  • Project registration at the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
  • Execution of the Consortium Agreement;
  • Creation of the official website of the BRIDGE project (coordinating the structure, sections) and institutional pages of the project on the official websites of all partner institutions of higher education;
  • Discussion of the degree of readiness of project results for uploading to the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal (Project Management Plan, kick-off meeting report, Quality Assurance Plan, Evaluation Board creation procedure, Dissemination Plan);
  • Coordination of the procurement plan within the project;
  • Specification of the plan of activities for January-March 2024 (needs analysis, questionnaire, Project Sustainability Plan, Stakeholder Platform).

          In addition to Bridge project executors, the representative of the Erasmus+ office in Ukraine, Svitlana SHITIKOVA, also joined the online meeting, who shared the experience of domestic institutions of higher education regarding the organization of project interaction, and also provided a number of important tips on project management, regulatory and legal support, and internal quality monitoring project results.

          During the event, members of the Bridge project consortium gained a clear understanding of the specifics of ensuring the dissemination of project results, the specifics of the procedure for purchasing the necessary equipment and software. At the end of the meeting, the partners focused on organizational issues related to the high-quality implementation of the nearest project tasks, the implementation of the main project activities.
